BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
In April 16, 2014, in accordance with the provisions of County Code Section 25.43.005 of the County of San Benito, State of California, Use Permit 1062-12 was granted to Assessor’s Parcel Number 016-010-009 to build an agricultural processing facility on approximately 14.75 acres of a 24.032 acre parcel, located at 9351 Fairview Road, Hollister, CA. Condition of Approval No. 19 (2nd bullet) requires the applicant to dedicate half of 110 feet right-of-way along the entire property frontage on Fairview Road. In order to fulfill said condition, 9351 Fairview, LLC, executed a right-of-way dedication grant deed in favor of the County for half of 110-foot right-of-way along the whole property frontage of Fairview Road. Government Code section 27281 requires the County to accept grants of property interests by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
