BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On October 8, 2019, the board approved the contract with Silver Creek Industries for the construction of the pre-engineered buildings for the new Behavioral Health Center. The pre-engineered contractor does not perform site work so a second contractor is needed to perform that scope of work. The work associated with this work includes but in not limited to grading, site concrete, AC paving, site lighting, site utilities, building IT and building fire alarm.
Also on the board agenda today is a change order for the building foundations that was removed from the site work package and added to the pre-engineered building package.
Additionally, the findings for the Mitigated Negative Declaration which was prepared for the project, is included.
