BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The building foundation was to be part of the site work package and done by the site work contractor not Silver Creek Industries (SCI). Upon discussions with the design team, it was determined that it would be best if SCI performs this scope of work because it is best for the schedule and the overall project. The $270,427.50 was part of the overall project budget and that scope will be removed from the site work package, which is also on this board agenda for approval to bid. The added $270,427.50 to the SCI contract increases their contract from $7,397,359 to $7,667,786.50.
