BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Approve Tentative Agreements for a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and authorize the County Administrative Office to implement the terms and conditions effective retroactively November 3, 2019. Direct the County Administrative Office to return with full MOU's for final adoption.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
- Approve Tentative Agreements with SEIU.
- Authorize CAO to implement the terms and conditions as outlined in the TA, effective retroactively to November 3, 2019.
- Direct the CAO to return on or before December 10, 2019 with full MOU's for final adoption.
- Adopt resolution, approving the tentative agreement identified therein, effective retroactively to November 3, 2019 and taking other related actions.

Board hereby orders the continued payment of the G step to all employees entitled to the G Step under the 2017-2019 MOU’s pending finalization of the new personnel rules.
