BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
ParcelQuest has been providing Assessor's records from over 38 counties, including San Benito, to businesses/persons engaged in real estate services for over 20 years. In the most recent years, Tax Collector's records have been incorporated into its system for the benefit of those same businesses/persons. The additional information available to these entities has proven invaluable.
The Tax Collector's Office desires to become part of the ParcelQuest informational system in order to provide better service to those that use their services. ParcelQuest provides the service free of charge to the Tax Collector, in exchange for the use of the Tax Collector's records.
