BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Each year San Benito County prepares a response to the Grand Jury Report in compliance with Penal Code Sections 933 and 933.05.
The County received the Grand Jury's report electronically on August 27, 2019. Attached is a draft response from the Board of Supervisors for the 2018/2019 Grand Jury Report. The Board is requested to review the draft response, and if satisfied, approve the response to be submitted to the Superior Court no later than November 25, 2019 pursuant to the 90 day deadline prescribed by Penal Code Section 933(c).
