The project request includes:
- a General Plan Text Amendment to allow additional uses in the Public/Quasi Public (PQP) land use designation,
- a change to the County Zoning Map for the site from Agricultural Productive (AP) to Single-family Residential (R1), and

- Adopt a resolution approving the Tentative Subdivision Map and Conditions of Approval
