The project is a request to subdivide one 17.07-acre lot into two parcels as currently bifurcated by Union Road. The entire property is currently vacant and undeveloped. No new development is proposed at this time. The proposed tentative parcel map is consistent with the 2035 General Plan and current zoning of Rural Residential.
