BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Approve Tentative Agreements for a new Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) with Management Employees Group (MEG), Deputy Sheriff's Association (DSA), Institutions Association (IA), and Law Enforcement Management Employees (LEM) and authorize the County Administrative Office to implement the terms and conditions effective October 6, 2019 the first day of the pay period following the expiration of the preceding MOUs. The County also desires to extend the economic terms and conditions outlined in the MEG Tentative Agreements to all other unrepresented, confidential management, confidential employees, Department Heads, and Elected Officials (with the exception of the Board of Supervisors). Direct the County Administrative Office to return with full MOUs for final adoption.

- Authorize CAO to implement the terms and conditions as outlined in the TA's, effective October 6, 2019.
- Extends the economic terms and conditions outlined in the MEG TA's to all other Unrepresented employees, Confidential Management, Confidential employees, Appointed Department Heads, and Elected Department Heads, effective October 6, 2019.
- Direct the CAO to return on or before December 10, 2019 with full MOU's for final adoption.
- Adopt Resolution ____, approving the tentative agreements identified therein, approving terms and conditions for unrepresented employees and appointed department heads and elected department heads, effective October 6, 2019, and taking other related action.
