BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The Board of Supervisors conducted a public hearing regarding one LCA Compatible Use Application at its regular meeting on June 11, 2019 and rendered a tentative decision for the application pending preparation of a Resolution containing the Board's written findings and determinations. The proposed Resolution memorializing the Board's decision regarding the application is provided for consideration.
