Approve Memorandum of Understanding between County of San Benito Probation Department and San Benito County Office of Education for the purpose of providing a Deputy Probation Officer (DPO) at Pinnacles Community School, San Andreas Continuation High School or Santa Ana Opportunity School until June 30, 2020, with an automatic renewal clause for successive one (1) year terms.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Probation Department would like to enter to an agreement with San Benito County Office of Education for the purpose of providing a DPO for additional support, for at-risk youth who qualify for an early release from custody. The DPO will assist in the successful transition back to their home school, or who will be enrolled at either Pinnacles Community School, San Andreas Continuation High School or Santa Ana Opportunity School.
