BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The
CSCCWPC program has been actively engaged with ECenter for more than two years
as a contractor for the CSCCWPC pilot project to develop and maintain a data
tracking and reporting system.
The
attached contract is for the term July 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 (end of the
pilot program) in the amount of $70,500. This amount is within the
budgetary limits approved by the State Department of Health Care Services for
the CSCCWPC. As the lead agency for the CSCCWPC, San Benito County is
obligated to carry the contract.
As
a partner in the CSCCWPC pilot project, Mariposa County will be charged a 43%
share of the costs.
