BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The County is conducting a recruitment with oral board interviews and reference checks to fill the Staff Analyst position in the Clerk-Recorder-Elections Office that has been vacant for 18 months. Staff recommends Board approval in the interest of streamlining the process necessary to facilitate employment terms and negotiations of the employment offer.
