Authorize the RMA Director to approve amendment #1 to the contract with EMC Planning Group who is conducting the environmental review for the Highway 101 Commercial Nodes Project. The contract amendment will add additional compensation in an amount not to exceed $64,429.05 for additional services that have become necessary in order to complete the review.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On March 20, 2018, the County entered into a contract with EMC Planning Group to conduct the environmental review for the Highway 101 Commercial Nodes Project in the amount of $79,570.95
County staff has requested additional professional services from EMC that were not anticipated when the original scope of work was created. The additional scope of services includes attending Planning Commission meetings, drafting memos and presenting project information to the Planning Commission, making revisions to the County General Plan and preparing an addendum to the County General Plan Environmental Impact Report, and responding to public comments from the these processes.
