Approve Contract with Jennifer Frusetta for the Public Health - Oral Health Project for the period of July 1, 2109 through June 30, 2020, in the amount of $138,200.00.

On January 23, 2018 your Board accepted the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) OHP allocation of funding from Prop 39 Oral Health Project, to address the burden of oral disease, increase access to oral health services for high-risk populations, and improve the oral health status of all Californians.

The Health & Human Services Agency - Public Health Division (PH) released a Request For Proposal (RFP) to implement the Oral Health Project and subsequently awarded the contract to Jennifer Frusetta.

The Oral Health Project is a multi-year project, Ms. Frusetta is meeting all project objectives and thus PH desires to continue to contract with Ms. Frusetta for this project.

This contract is incorporated in the 2019-2020 requested budget.  There is no impact to the County General Fund.

Approve and Authorize the Chair to sign, the Oral Health Project contract with Jennifer Frusetta for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in the not to exceed amount of $138,200.00.
