BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Board will be presented with a status update of the Rose matter at the 5/21 meeting. A further amendment may be be brought back to the Board at a future date. To date, the Colantuono law firm has provided assistance in this case in support of the motion for summary judgement which will be heard in July 2019.
