Approve Job Specification for Administrative Office Assistant along with corresponding salary and the related addition of 1.0 FTE to the schedule of authorized positions in the Administration Office.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

It is recommended to under fill a current budgeted position in the Administration Office.  The new position aligns with the current staffing needs of the department.  This will not add any additional cost to the general fund.  Anticipated savings through under filling the position will cover the costs of the proposed recommendations.
