BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

Transcend Batterer's Intervention Program Services shall provide services related to facilitation Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Batterers' intervention Program (BIP) services.  Transcend will provide domestic violence education and counseling for offenders.  The participant referred by the San Benito County Probation Department shall make payments for services rendered.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

1. It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve the contract with Trenscend BIP services and authorize the Chair to sign it.
