BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
JUMP Technologies is an independent software-as-a-service provider for the health and human services industry and has developed software that is used in the Adult Services unit of the agency. This software is licensed and requires an annual subscription/services agreement that includes updates, enhancements and training. The Adult Services unit has been using this software for several years and its continued use has been incorporated into the fiscal year 2019/2020 budget.
