BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On November 11, 2018 the Board of Supervisors approved a Reimbursement Agreement with Richland Real Estates Fund, LLC for the future development of the Lima Property. This 347-acre property is located at the west side of Highway 25 and east and south of Ridgemark, Assessor's Parcel Number 025-200-064.
A Specific Plan Environmental Impact Review (EIR) is required to be performed to ensure that California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Statutes and Guidelines are met. The purpose of the EIR is to evaluate the possible impacts this land development may have on the surrounding areas. The County completed the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and Rincon Consultants was the lowest responsive and reasonable bidder.
