BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The HHSA would like to have an informational video that can be shown in agency lobbies, on the county website, on local television stations and various social media platforms. The HHSA released a Request For Proposals and has received one response. Attachment A of the contract is the proposal from Schipper Design for a 3 minute informational video that will inform the general public about the array of services offered by HHSA. The video will highlight the various programs and services offered by each division within HHSA through a "story" told by staff and clients.
The funding for this contract will be shared amongst several operating budget units within HHSA and will not impact the county general fund.
