BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On October 25, 2016 the Board of Supervisors approved a contract with Cleaning Services to provide janitorial services for all County facilities with a total amount not to exceed $278,043.00. Amendment No. 1 reflects an increase in cost for non-general fund departments due to an increase in services provided. All general fund costs remain the same. Staff will prepare an RFP prior to the new expiration date to locate the best price moving forward.
The following items have been amended:
- The term of the contract has been extended from June 30, 2019 to December 31, 2019
- Additional compensation of $138,000.00 to cover the remaining months of service
- Revised department locations that moved
- Edited the fee schedule to reflect the monthly costs
