Approve the allocation of Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) SB109 reserve funding for Proposal Nos. 8 and 10, as voted and agreed upon by the San Benito County Community Corrections Partnership Executive Committee (CCP-EX), and approve the budget adjustment/transfer in the amount of $52,800.00 (4/5 vote)

The Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) held a budget meeting to discuss Ongoing and Carry-Over expenditures for existing programs.  The CCP budget indicated that after expenditures, the budget had a remaining balance of reserves available for a one-time disbursement to assist the criminal justice system.  Recommendations and requests for one-time funding were accepted from fourteen programs, and upon review the CCP Board approved nine (9) proposals as indicated in the attached minutes.  The Youth Alliance and Behavioral Health Department programs described in Proposal Nos. 8 and 10 are prepared to receive disbursements in the amount of $52,800.00 at this time.  The remaining proposals will be presented to the Board for approval when the receiving programs are prepared to receive disbursements.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve the allocation of the CPP SB109 reserve funding for Proposal Nos. 8 and 10, as voted and agreed upon by the San Benito County Community Corrections Partnership Executive Committee (CCP-EX), and approve the budget adjustment/transfer in the amount of $52,800.00.
