BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Board of Supervisors conducted public hearings regarding four LCA Division Applications, two Compatible Use Applications and one Lot Line Adjustment Application at its regular meeting on December 11, 2018 and rendered tentative decisions for each application pending Resolutions containing the written findings and determinations. The proposed Resolutions memorializing the Board's decisions regarding each application are provided for consideration.
The Division Request Applications are for Contract Numbers 69-034 (Las Aguilas); 74-39 (Shingai); 11-02 & 11-03 (The Wine Group); and 68-50 (Tobias Trust/Partnership).
The Compatible Use Applications are for Contract Numbers 71-059 (Lone Tree Ranch) for an Event Center and 69-034 (Las Aguilas Corp) for an Event Center.
The Lot Line Adjustment Application is for Contract Number 68-100 (Asellus - Benito LLC).

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt the following resolutions and authorize the Chairman to sign each Resolution.
1) Adopt the LCA Resolutions approving Division Requests for Contract Numbers 69-034 (Las Aguilas Corp); 74-39 ( Shingai); 11-02 & 11-03 (The Wine Group); and 68-50 (Tobias Trust/Partnership).
2) Adopt the LCA Resolutions approving Compatible Use Requests for Contract Numbers 71-059 (Lone Tree Ranch) and 69-034 (Las Aguilas Corp).
3) Adopt the LCA Resolution approving Lot Line Adjustment Request for Contract Number 68-100 ( Asellus - Benito LLC).
