Approve the appointment of Deputy County Administrative Officer, Edgar Nolasco, as the primary and Budget Officer, Stewart Patri, to serve as alternative on the Trindel Board of Directors.

The Trindel Insurance Fund requires that each of the participating counties in the Joint Power Agreement appoint a voting member and the alternate to the Trindel Board of Directors. The County appointed member represents the county on the insurance fund board at the quarterly meetings. In the event that the primary designee is unable to attend, the alternate is authorized to vote in the capacity of the county appointee. The decisions of the Trndel Board of Directors will encounter are financial in nature including the evaluation of actuarial insurance valuations, funding polices and loss reserve considerations.     

The action requested is that the Board of Supervisors appoint Deputy County Administrative Officer Edgar Nolasco as the primary and Budget Officer Stewart Patri to serve as alternative on the Trindel Board of Directors.

Approve the appointment of Deputy County Administrative Officer, Edgar Nolasco, as the primary and Budget Officer, Stewart Patri, to serve as alternative on the Trindel Board of Directors. Authorize the Chair to sign letter of appointment.
