Approve out of state travel for County Administrative Officer and 2 Board of Supervisors to attend the Legislative National Association of Counties Conferences to be held on March 2 - 6 in Washington, D.C. in accordance with San Benito County Travel Policies and Procedures. The total estimated cost for three attendees is estimated at $8,859.00.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The National Association of Counties (NACo) will hold their Legislative Conference and Exposition on March 2 - 6 in Washington, D.C. NACo County Members are eligible for Advance Registration by 2/22/19 to take advantage of the $515.00 fee.
Lodging will range from an estimated low of $245.00 to as high as $280.00 per evening depending upon hotel assignments. Flight arrangements will be made in advance. The approximate cost of a round trip flight to and from San Jose, CA to Washington, D.C. is $500.00. In addition mileage, meals and incidentals will be reimbursed to the attendees. The total estimated cost for three attendees is estimated at $8,859.
