BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County entered into an agreement with the consulting firm Hindeliter de Llamas and Associates (“HDL”) to provide subject matter expertise and development of the County’s cannabis business regulatory program. The County would like to receive more of the same services in order to continue to develop and implement the cannabis business regulatory program. It is therefore necessary to increase the maximum amount of the contract not to exceed $15,000.00
