BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
KNN Public Finance, LLC provides the County with financial advisory services for financing capital improvement projects. Jones Hall is serving as the bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel for the financing of the Jail. Standard & Poors (S&P) is a global trusted rating agency, that the County will be utilizing to obtain a rating in order to receive financing.
Allow CAO to execute contracts with
1. KNN for Jail expansion not to exceed $90,000.
2. Jones Hall Jail Bonds Service not to exceed $65,000
3. Standard & Poors not to exceed $21,000
