Approve Supplemental Work Order for existing Job Order Contract (JOC) in the amount of $24,615.18 for additional scope of work on the Juvenile Hall Renovation project; and authorize the RMA Director to sign the supplemental work order.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
In June, the Board approved a Job Order Contract for the construction of the Juvenile Hall Renovation project. That project is currently under construction and there is some additional work required due to unforeseen conditions and owner requested changes. A Supplemental Work Order is essentially a Change Order.
This additional scope of work includes:
- additional work on plumbing in Intake Bathroom due to non-compliant existing construction
- flooring material change due to substantial lead time on original product
- misc additional repairs associated with painting and flooring
This extra work is essential to complete the project without further delays or cost. These additional costs will be covered in the Juvenile Hall operating budget and are included in the FY 2018-19 Adopted Budget.
