2035 General Plan Implementation – Project update on the preparation of the new C-3 Regional Commercial Zoning District and its application to four (4) sites located along U.S. Highway 101, generally located at Betabel Road, U.S. 101/Hwy 129/Searle Road, Livestock 101/Cole Road and Rocks Ranch/Red Barn.

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Staff will provide the second status report on the preparation of the new C-3 Regional Commercial Zoning District to implement the Commercial Regional General Plan Land Use designation. The four sites are or will be proposed for designation as Commercial Regional (CR) on the General Plan Land Use Diagram. This project was previously discussed at the October 17, 2018 Commission meeting and this item provides follow up.
