BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley (hereinafter "Colantuono") is providing legal advice to the County related to landfill negotiations. This amendment adds an additional $20,000 to the scope of the contract and extends the termination date to June 30, 2019.
The cost of these legal services will billed against the landfill fund (fund 301, 610.210). There are sufficient funds budgeted ($50,000) for this expense.
