BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County of San Benito has maintained a County Impact Fee Program since the late 1980's. The Annual Impact Fee Report for San Benito County has been prepared in compliance with Government Code Sections 66001 and 66006.
This annual report has been prepared for fiscal year 2017-2018 and for the five-year period between Fiscal Years 2013-2014 through 2017-2018.
Government Code Section 66006(b)(2) requires that this report be available for public review at least 15 days prior to the second public meeting held pursuant to Government Code 66006.
Prior to the Board's approval this Report was made available for public review for a minimum of fifteen (15) days. The attached report was made available for public review at the December 11, 2018 Board meeting and posted on the county's website; and now requires final review and approval by the Board.
