BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The increase in revenue for Tobacco programs represents unspent funding from fiscal year 2017/2018.  Upon final expenditure reporting the State has determined allocated funding can be carried forward into the current fiscal year.  The attached budget adjustment increases revenue and expenditure lines as approved by the State Department of Public Health.
