STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
1. Adopt Resolution No. approving the collective bargaining agreement between the County's In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and SEIU Local 2015, contingent upon ratification of such Agreement;
2. Authorize the County Administrative Officer and County Auditor to take necessary administrative actions appropriate to effectuate the purpose and intent of this action including signing the final MOU agreement
3. Authorize the County Administrator or his/her designee to make any technical edits as later identified.
