BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The Wynn project is in the initial stages of project review. At a future date, the Board will be presented with a contract for EIR processing, and an amended legal services agreement sufficient to process the full project through completion. This contract will be funded by the project's developers, subject to the reimbursement agreement. This contract is for an initial period of time until those further contracts are developed.
