BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
As discussed at the 12/12/18 Board of Supervisors meeting, it was recommended that the County enter into a contract with Renne Sloan Holtzman Sakai to represent the County in the matter of Rose et. al vs. County of San Benito, CU 17-00151. The Board entered into the original contract on January 23, 2018.
