BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The proposed Minor Subdivision will divide a 41.02 acre parcel into one 28.02 and one 13.0 acre parcel, maintaining existing uses, and proposing no new development. Lot shape is determined by current property boundaries and irregular terrain. The existing tree nursery will be maintained intact on the 28.02 acre proposed parcel, maintaining the viability of the smaller-than-40-acre proposed lot.
