BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The County of San Benito has maintained a County Impact Fee Program since the late 1980's. The Annual Impact Fee Report for San Benito County has been prepared in compliance with Government Code Section 66006.

 

This annual report has been prepared for fiscal year 2017-2018 and for the five-year period between Fiscal Years 2013-2014 through 2017-2018.

 

Government Code Section 66006(b)(2) requires that this report be available for public review at least 15 days prior to the second public meeting held pursuant to Government Code 66006.  The second public meeting will be heard at the first regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Supervisors in January 15, 2019.

 

The report will be provided to the public on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

1. Receive the Annual Impact Fee Report for fiscal year 2017-2018 and the Five Year Report for fiscal years 2013-2014 through 2017-2018; and

2. continue the matter to the first regularly-scheduled meeting on January 15, 2019, for review and approval of the report.
