BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On April 17, 2018 a contract was approved with Regional Analysis & Planning Services Inc. to provide a review of Caltrans invoices, the RMA Department organizational structure, recommend improvements to the County's accounting system, and develop a County financial policies and procedures manual.
This contract amendment is solely an extension of time as several of the tasks in the scope of work are in progress and need to be completed. This is not a request for additional funding, so is amendment has no impact on the General Fund.
