BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

On June 27, 2017, the Board approved a contract with Hibser Yamauchi Architects for architecture design services for the Juvenile Hall Renovation project in the amount of $75,202.  This project is currently under construction and the consultant's services are needed until the project is completed in March 2019.  This amendment only extends the term of the original contract from December 31, 2018 to June 30, 2019.  The original scope and fee are unchanged.
