BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

Using expiring Behavioral Health funding, the Board approved a contract with Hibser Yamauchi Architects on June 27, 2017 to perform conceptual design and cost estimating services.  With the Board's approval of this project in the FY 18/19 CIP budget, this project is progressing and is ready for the next phase.  An additional contract is needed to prepare the construction documents and perform construction administration services.  Existing Behavioral Health funding is in place for this expense.

Also on today's agenda is the authorization of the first bid package related to this project.
