BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Santana Ranch School site will accommodate Hollister's population growth and offer the community an elementary and middle school. Measure V, approved on November 2016 demonstrates voters support to assist in funding the new school.
Hollister School District Staff will be informing the Board of Supervisors on the design of Santana Ranch School which will include, site and floor plans, elevations and other approved drawings.
On October 23, Hollister School District Staff presented 70% construction drawings of the new school at Santana Ranch to the School Board for consideration and approval.
On December 14th. Hollister School District Staff and the Otto Construction/Design Team will present the 100% design package to the Hollister School Board for consideration and approval for December 18th.
If the final design package is approved by the School Board, Otto Construction, Inc. will submit the new school design to Division of the State Architect (DSA) on January 4, 2019.
