BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Every year the Board of Supervisors adopts a Resolution for the meeting calendar for current year. The calendar is similar to prior years taking in consideration the different conference schedules and holidays.
This year we have added three days for a Board Retreat, February 13, 14, & 15th for the Board's consideration. If the retreat is three days it will impact the Clerk of the Board getting out the agenda for the February 19th meeting. An option would be to cancel the February 19th meeting since the next meeting would be on March 5th.
