BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The County recently contracted with ENGIE to perform energy efficiency upgrades and solar panel installations to all County facilities.  Many of the solar installations will be carport structures that will have deep foundation footings and steel structural members.  These footings and steel structures require special inspections and material testing by a qualified third-party company. BSK Associates has performed some of the initial soil testing for this project.
