BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

On May 8, 2018 the County entered into a contract with 4-Leaf Inc. to provide professional building inspection and plan check services.  There has been an increased need for code enforcement throughout the county which exceeds current staffs ability to respond in a timely way. 4-Leaf will provide professional code enforcement services until the end of the fiscal year.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

1) Approve contract amendment with 4-Leaf Inc. in the amount of $250,000.00 for code enforcement and planning management services.

 

2) Authorize the RMA Director to approve changes to the contract up to 10% of the contract amount.

 

3) Authorize the County Budget Officer to transfer $200,000.00 for Salary and Benefits Regular to Services and Supplies Other Consultants.
