BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
This resolution is required to be approved every regular meeting until the emergency repair work on Southside Road is completed. It continues the emergency findings first made on June 7, 2018, June 14, 2018, June 26, July 24, August 7, 2018, and August 21, 2018. This resolution relates to the letting of emergency contracts under Public Contracts Code 22050, and must be reviewed by the Board of supervisors at every regular meeting until the need for emergency action terminates.
