BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
At the Special Board meeting conducted on February 15, 2018 the Board of Supervisors received a presentation of a proposed countywide Facilities and Capital Improvement Master Plan from Vanir Construction Management, Inc. With direction from the Board, administration staff has budgeted for the cost associated for the preparation of the Master Plan for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. Vanir will perform the following tasks:

Project initiation and data acquisition,

Planning and Programing,

Alternative solutions and analysis, and
-
A Facilities Master Plan.
Details regarding the scope of services are set forth in Attachment A to the contract.
