BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
On September 25, 2018, the Board held a public hearing to form Community Facilities District No. 2018-1 (Residential Services) (the "CFD") for the three subdivisions known as Brigantino, the Bluffs, and Fay/Bennett. Following the hearing, the Board completed the establishment of the CFD by adopting a Resolution of Formation, holding a special landowner election, and introducing this Ordinance to levy a special tax within the CFD.
