BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The Health & Human Services Agency would like to continue to lease postage equipment with Pitney Bowes..  The attached leases are for two machines, one located at 1111 San Felipe Rd and the other at 351 Tres Pinos road.  The leases are for new equipment and will have a lease term of five years (11/1/18 - 10/31/23).  The total for both machines will be $5,363.64 per year and $26,818.20 over the term of the lease.
