BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

On August 7, 2018, the Board adopted a Resolution of Intention to form Community Facilities District No. 2018-1 (Residential Services) for the three subdivisions known as Brigantino, the Bluffs, and Fay/Bennett. The Board further directed that the public hearing on the proposed CFD be held during the meeting of September 11, 2018. Because the notice of the public hearing must be published in a newspaper of general circulation at least 7 days before the date of the hearing and the publication has been delayed until September 7, 2018, which is only four days before the hearing, it is necessary to continue the meeting until the next regularly-scheduled Board meeting on September 25, 2018.
